A Farewell Letter to our Customers April 2, 2012
Dear Valued Customers and Friends,
We are writing to tell you some bittersweet news. After 29 years, we have decided to close the FrameLoft this June and move on to the next phase of our lives. Though we will miss having our shop and especially working with all of you, now is the right time for us to take this step towards our future. We are only sorry that we were unable to sell the business, to provide continuity.
We want to stress how grateful we are to all of you for your business and for allowing us into your lives for the past 29 years. We hope many of you will take the opportunity to stop by in the next few months. Selected items, for example in-stock prints by Will Moses, will be discounted. You may pick up your file of records from your past framing orders which would be useful in duplicating orders in the future. And we'd like to invite you all to a Farewell Open House on Saturday, June 9, from 12 to 4.
